Independence Day Open House 2025—FREE

Join us for our 32nd annual JLMH Independence Day Open House!

Dozens of re-enactors will cover the grounds teaching authentic, hands-on crafts and demonstrating skills from weaving to musketry to live music, with free refreshments to fight the heat. Explore the oldest house in Raleigh with the whole family!

This event will be on Friday, July 4th from 11am-3pm. 

No tickets are required. This event is free.
